Ste 300 Arlington, TX 76011 COURSE HOURS AND INFORMATION: Registration begins 45 minutes before each class start time. Each class begins and ends on time no exceptions. All attendees must sign the attendance roster at registration. There will be no late admits and the hours will only be given for the completion of the approved course. No EXCEPTIONS. WHAT'S NEEDED TO BE ADMITTED TO CLASS: Once pre-registration and payment are received, don't forget to bring your valid Operator’s license and picture ID to enter the class. NO EXCEPTIONS. CLASS CONFIRMATIONS: Registration confirmation is sent within 3 days of receipt in our office. Be sure to identify how you would prefer receiving confirmation on the registration form. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 days of the class, call 817-277-5000 to verify registration. ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED TO TWENTY ATTENDEES PER CLASS **The class will be rescheduled if there are less than 5 attendees.** You will be rescheduled to one of the other classes. INCLEMENT WEATHER: If there is Inclement weather such as ice, snow etc. and you can’t get to the class, please call and we will reschedule you. Also, we will call you if bad weather exists to reschedule the class. CLASS BEHAVIOR: There will be no disruptive conduct or unruly behavior, one warning will be given. After the warning you will be asked to leave, because this is a learning environment. INSTRUCTOR NO SHOWS: A Full refund will be given to the attendee if requested, or we will reschedule the class. If we reschedule the class due to an instructor no shows 10% will be refunded back to the attendee. If an emergency arises each attendees will be contacted. REPORTING YOUR HOURS TO TDLR Your continuing education hours will be posted on the TDLR web page within 3 working days. You may choose to receive verification via mail or e-mail for your own records. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.
